Stay the Course…you WILL get there

Starting any weight loss, healthy living journey is hard, sticking with it is even harder. I know, I’m struggling with it too; have been struggling to stay the course for 6 years. So far, I’ve lost 63 pounds (averages to 10/year, I can live with that), but I know I have at least another 19 to go. With that in mind, I want to share with you some resources, tidbits, and everyday things that have helped inspire me, have picked me up when I’ve fallen into a pint of ice cream and self loathing, and have pushed me to keep going even when I really, really don’t want to.
